The Thai Condominium Association, in conjunction with Thai Real Estate Association and Housing Business Association, is preparing to host the 21st House & Condo Festival. Billed as an annual grand-scale trade fair showcasing first-rate real estate and related products, the event is scheduled for October 1-4, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at QSNCC.

Visitors will get the chance to peruse a broad selection of enticing housing projects in various strategic locations, including housing estates, condominiums, commercial buildings, resorts and more offered at very special discounts. Buyers will also be able to select their furnishings at a parallel exhibition of fine furniture and home decor items. Plus, mortgages and home loans will also be available from leading financial institutions who will offer invaluable related advice.
