The fast moving nature of the South East Asian food market is now well recognised, stimulated by rising living standards and accompanying changes to purchasing patterns and diet. Conference
Health and safety have been prime innovations in new food products in this era. Extensive research in both public and private laboratories has been to connect food science and technology, nutrition and health to come up with healthy, tasty and palatable food. The Food Science and Technology Association of Thailand (FoSTAT) and CMP, the organisers of the conference are pleased to invite you to gain knowledge of the most advanced food ingredients for health with the theme of "Global Trends in Food Ingredients: Healthier Choices".

The conference is designed to disseminate information on current trends and developments in the food manufacturing industry with specific regard to food ingredient and scheduled for 25-26 September 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand. It will be co-located with the popular Food ingredients Asia 2008 exhibition.
