Urban bliss may be hard to find downtown, but for Lake ’n Park, a restaurant at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, this is where you can easily find urban peace and happiness. Indulge in our premium menu, admire the lake view and Benjakitti Park, while being serenaded by folk song live music every night.
Lake ’n Park, one of QSNCC restaurants, is stylishly decorated in black-grey and wood tone. As soon as you step inside, the high ceiling and 180 degree lakeside view seen through the surrounding clear glass walls ooze airiness and comfort, while the greenery of the neighbouring Benjakitta Park helps creating a refreshing outlook all around.
Under the concept “East Meets Wests” the Fusion A La Carte menu here is not just a mix of Thai cuisine and Western food, but an interwoven storytelling of various Asian cuisine: Japanese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malaysian, and many more. All these eastern cuisines are brought to a happy marriage with Western food by Chef Supparerk Pakamas, who is well-known for creating simple, but special fusion food, while remaining true to the original way of cooking of each national cuisine.
As for the ingredients, local and seasonal ones are mostly used, ensuring the daily freshness of the likes of river prawns, white shrimps, tiger prawns, Chilean black mussels, U.S.scallops, and New Zealand mussels. Our all-time most popular menu are, for instance, ‘Isan Khao Krung’, which consists of grilled liver, roasted pork, spicy ribs, Northeastern Thai sausages, and fresh sour pork sausages, served with Northeastern-styled vegetable; wagyu beef green curry and avocado: Thai-styled green curry, but with the use of pesto in the curry mix as an Italian twist to make the green colour more vibrant; and smoked salmon spring rolls, a Vietnamese-Japanese fusion menu, served with wasabi mayonnaise sauce and Vietnamese-styled sweet carrot sauce.
Plus, don’t miss our eponymous, signature drink: Lake ’n Park, apple and lemon juice, mixed with our top-secret ingredients and topped with brown sugar for more aroma and sweetness…truly a refreshing and tangy drink which is just perfect for summer.
